Associate Product Producer Product, Design & Marketing Team This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA ($67.17/hr) or Culver City, CA ($62-$60/hr). Summary The Associate Product Producer will support the Product, Design, and Marketing team in delivering innovative digital experiences. This role focuses on organizing, tracking, and driving the delivery of product initiatives while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. The position is key in maintaining momentum across multiple projects, ensuring clarity of requirements, and streamlining execution from concept through launch. Our Ideal Candidate 3+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or Program Manager in technology or digital entertainment Passion for product development and entertainment services with a strong foundation in project management and creative operations Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Airtable, Jira, Asana), with strong organizational and tracking skills Familiar with digital product development, entertainment platforms, and agile methodologies Skilled in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams including design, engineering, and business stakeholders Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities, timelines, and stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail Quick learner with the ability to adopt new tools and technologies efficiently Job Description In this role, you will help manage the product roadmap, backlog, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth delivery of new features. You'll partner with Product Managers, Producers, and cross-functional teams to streamline reviews, track deliverables, and document best practices. This includes preparing leadership reviews, capturing and distributing meeting notes, updating project management tools, and generating digestible status reports. You will also support ongoing process improvements, organize product-led forums, and contribute to the documentation and standardization of workflows, ensuring efficiency and alignment across the product organization. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience Background in product management, design, communications, or digital media preferred Additional Requirements Please include a resume when applying. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $60.00 - $67.17 per hour. This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked.
