Product Management Producer Product & Design Operations This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA. Summary We are seeking a skilled Product Management Producer to partner with cross-functional teams in delivering best-in-class digital entertainment experiences. This role is central to driving strategy, process, and execution across product initiatives, ensuring seamless launches and consistent customer experiences. Our Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or Program Manager in technology or digital entertainment products Passion for digital entertainment with a strong foundation in product management, creative operations, and user experience Proficient in project management workflows and tools, with strong organizational and prioritization skills Familiar with entertainment platforms, digital services, and the intersection of hardware, software, and services Skilled in collaborating with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Business teams Able to work independently and manage multiple projects across different timelines Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities, fast-paced environments, and shifting stakeholder needs Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional presentation and facilitation skills Adept at problem-solving with diplomacy in debate-driven, cross-functional environments Job Description In this role, you will manage projects end-to-end, supporting strategic planning, feature delivery, and program launches. You'll partner with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure alignment, optimize workflows, and deliver consistent, customer-focused experiences. This includes driving project timelines, managing milestones, facilitating executive reviews, and preparing product demos. You will also oversee documentation, team communications, and operational readiness, while continuously improving processes to support the Product & Design Operations team's success. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience Background in product management, design, UX, or creative operations Previous experience in technology, media, or digital entertainment industries is preferred Additional Requirements Please include a resume with your application. This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid onsite work Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Monday and Friday. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $95.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked.
