We are now looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager NAM to help drive our brand forward in North America.

As the Marketing & Communication Manager for North America, you will lead regional marketing efforts for our Tier 1 automotive brands. This strategic role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and enabling sales through tailored marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate across global and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful execution.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute integrated regional marketing plans aligned with global marketing strategies and reginal business goals.
  • Adapt and create marketing content, sales enablement tools, and website materials to support the North America regional sales team.
  • Strategize, build, and execute field campaigns using digital advertising, email marketing, and other channels to promote products and services.
  • Plan and manage regional events, trade shows, and online events to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Localize regional campaigns and content for regional relevance across digital, print, and in-store channels.
  • Manage co-op and MDF (Market Development Funds) programs with key accounts and distribution partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and global marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
  • Monitor regional marketing trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Track and report on performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion) for all regional marketing activities.



Who you are:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive aftermarket or a related industry
  • Proven success in developing and executing regional marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Experience working with sales teams, channel partners, and distribution networks
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Expertise in trade marketing, brand partnerships, and customer engagement
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Willingness to travel within the region (up to 40%)
