Summary of the Job:

This role is a high-impact strategic support position, reporting into the business, but with ongoing direct contact with the Executive Vice President. Acting as a trusted advisor and executional lead, you will partner closely with senior leadership to operationalize strategy, oversee critical initiatives, and ensure alignment and momentum across our growing partnerships organization.

You will serve as a central connector between the Partnership Team and cross-functional stakeholders across FNBO, driving clarity, accountability, and communication around key priorities. This role blends strategic planning, initiative delivery, and team enablement-ensuring the organization stays focused on what matters most to advance our external partnerships and business objectives.

You're proactive, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who brings both strategic thinking and operational discipline to the table.

About This Role:

  • Drive strategic planning efforts for the Partnership Team, supporting the development, alignment, and execution of short- and long-term priorities.
  • Operationalize the senior leader's agenda, ensuring high-priority initiatives are effectively scoped, tracked, and delivered with clarity and accountability.
  • Act as a force-multiplier for senior leadership, enabling better decision-making through preparation, synthesis of information, and follow-through.
  • Create executive-level materials, including presentations, reports, updates, and communications that convey our strategy, progress, and partnership impact.
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders, representing leadership in meetings, following up on action items, and maintaining continuity of messaging and priorities.
  • Monitor progress toward KPIs and other performance metrics, identifying blockers, facilitating resolution, and ensuring continued focus on outcomes.
  • Support internal communications and engagement, including planning team sessions, leadership offsites, and broader organizational updates or events.

  • Proven experience in business strategy, operations, or executive support within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to synthesize complexity, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive clarity and action.
  • Trusted relationship builder who can work across functions and influence without authority.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communicator, especially with senior audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • Self-starter who thrives on ownership and continuous improvement, with a strong bias for action and problem-solving.
  • Executive presentation creation and delivery
  • Ability to present compelling and unique views of information
  • Strong executive presence, effective public speaking, and organizational promotion
  • Navigation of a complex organization through influence and collaboration
Minimum Requirements:
  • B.A. or B.S. degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience in a business strategy role or like roles within business management, marketing, or management consulting.
Desired:
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership skills
  • Strong track record of internal or client relationship management
  • Excellent visual design and visual storytelling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills
  • Strong capability using technology tools to analyze, aggregate, and present data and information
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $95,857.00-$162,957.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
