MRA is assisting in a search for a Concrete (in-ground pools) Foreman for Signature Pools in Hopkins, MN Lead with Excellence - Join Our Team as a Swimming Pool Foreman! Industry: Residential and Commercial Swimming Pool Construction (In-ground - concrete and vinyl) Signature Pools, a growing company in Hopkins, MN, is seeking a skilled and motivated Swimming Pool Foreman to lead residential and commercial pool construction projects in a hands-on, full-time role. Signature Pools specializes in high-end residential in-ground swimming pool construction, creating incredible concrete and vinyl pools and landscape designs. This position involves working onsite at various residential or commercial construction locations throughout the Twin Cities region to manage a small crew, oversee daily operations, read and interpret plans, coordinate material deliveries, and ensure high-quality execution of pool builds from excavation to final finish. What We Offer: Pay Range of $40.00 - $50.00/hour (based on experience) Health insurance, PTO, 401k and other benefits available Weekly pay cycle, holiday pay, paid training and certification, year-end bonus potential Monday-Friday schedule, year-round work Wellness reimbursements/stipends Safety equipment provided, including company truck Qualifications Minimum of 7 years' experience in swimming pool construction or related trades Proven leadership and crew management experience Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings Skilled in layout, forming, and concrete work specific to pool builds Familiarity with plumbing and electrical components of pool systems Proficient with laser levels and other layout tools High school diploma or GED preferred Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented Key Responsibilities Lead a 2-4 person crew on residential and commercial swimming pool construction sites Read and interpret pool construction plans and layout projects accordingly Oversee excavation, plumbing, forming, steel installation, and concrete placement Coordinate scheduling and delivery of materials, including concrete and pool equipment Ensure proper grading, elevation, and alignment using laser levels and layout tools Manage job site logistics and workflow to maintain efficiency and safety Provide training, guidance, and support to crew members Communicate with project managers and clients to ensure expectations are met Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout each phase Who We Are At Signature Pools, our team is built on a foundation of integrity, precision, and pride in our work.
