PRIMARY FUNCTION Maintains aircraft and engine logbooks and associated records. Will perform a variety of repetitive clerical, administrative, and managerial duties with a high level of accuracy necessary to keep aircraft maintenance activities running efficiently. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Utilize the current management information system(s) to maintain aircraft forms and records as required Technical Directive compliance entries All current and future reporting required through Navy/Marine Corps systems (e.g. Optimized-Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA), Naval Aviation Logistics Data Analysis (NALDA), Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering Services Command (NATEC) Process readiness documents, administer the aircraft configuration status accounting program and verify aircraft utilization reports Comply with processes and procedures as per DHS/Department of Defense (DOD) documents and publications. Assist in maintaining Naval Aviation programs.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
At least 3 years NALCOMIS and aircraft logbook experience. Experience with MV-22B logs and Records. "I" Level Logs and Records Experience required. Interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff. Will also routinely interact with external contacts such as customers, vendors, suppliers, shipping companies, etc. Must always represent Yulista in a professional manner. Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Yulista's goals. Familiarization with Naval Aviation programs / Audit procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
USMC MOS 6046. High School Diploma or Equivalent with 5 years' aviation experience with 2 years using military standards and specifications. Ability to pass a drug and background screening. Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
