HR Manager - Part Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management: Process weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Attendance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and manage leave requests in accordance with company policies.
• Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communications to ensure employees understand their options.
• Safety Management: Implement and promote safety programs to ensure a safe working environment; conduct safety training and compliance audits.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture through initiatives that promote employee satisfaction and retention.
• Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution; provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
