Join our team! We're building a world where Identity belongs to you.

We are seeking a senior, highly credible Enterprise Business Architect to act as a catalyst for enterprise transformation. This role partners with business and technology leaders to rethink how the organization operates and to shape AI transformations that deliver measurable business outcomes.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role working across GTM, Finance, HR, Company Planning, and Data teams, focused on the top priority projects that need full transformation of the people, process, technology, and data layers to be successful.

This role ensures that enterprise transformation initiatives:

  • Start with the right problems
  • Are anchored in business outcomes
  • Drive sustainable operating change, not just system implementations

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Transformation

  • Define current and target-state, AI-by-design operating models across people, process, technology, and data
  • Translate business strategy into actionable transformation roadmaps
  • Anchor major initiatives in clearly defined outcomes and value metrics

Business Partnership

  • Act as a thought partner to senior business leaders
  • Challenge assumptions and reframe problem statements
  • Help leaders move from "what system do we want?" to "how should we operate?"

Architecture & Delivery Alignment

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and PMO to align execution with enterprise intent
  • Ensure consistency across initiatives without constraining innovation
  • Provide guardrails, not prescriptions

Enterprise Coherence

  • Develop and maintain business capability maps and value streams
  • Establish shared language and models that are actively used
  • Identify cross-domain dependencies and opportunities for simplification

Ideal Experience and Qualifications

  • 10+ years in business architecture, enterprise architecture, strategy, management consulting, or transformation roles within complex, scaled technology organizations.
  • Demonstrated success shaping future-state business architecture utilizing AI, and leading enterprise or cross-domain transformation initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Strong expertise in business capability modeling, value stream mapping, operating model design, and linking architecture to portfolio planning and execution.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority, navigate competing priorities, and build alignment among senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in modern product/engineering operating models (Agile/Lean, platform teams, product portfolios) and translating architecture into actionable backlogs/roadmaps.
  • Ability to frame problems and recommendations with business case rigor (outcomes, costs, trade-offs, risks, benefits, sequencing).
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills; able to simplify complexity and produce high-quality executive-ready artifacts.
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks and tools (e.g., BIZBOK, TOGAF, capability/value stream taxonomies; modeling and visualization tools such as LeanIX, ADO, Jira/Confluence, Lucidchart/Miro).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, identity/security, or high-scale cloud platforms, and/or enterprise IT transformation within similar environments.
  • Prior work aligning business architecture to data/analytics/AI operating models, including data products, governance, and decision intelligence.
  • Experience with enterprise portfolio management (investment governance, demand management, OKRs, program increments) and benefits realization.
  • Exposure to process excellence methods (Lean, Six Sigma) and measurable operational improvement delivery.
  • Master's degree (MBA, MS) or relevant certifications (e.g., BIZBOK/Business Architecture, TOGAF).

Experience with M&A integration and/or scaling operating models through rapid growth.
