**Fully Remote Position**
Are you a motivated and experienced Project Manager who's ready to make a real-life impact?

Join Mosaic as a Senior Project Manager and help us relentlessly pursue opportunities that empower people. You'll manage a variety of large, complex, and interrelated projects across the organization, ensuring a high level of performance and quality in delivery. This is your chance to shine in a fast-paced environment , managing multiple concurrent projects that may cross multiple business divisions.


What You'll Do:



  • Lead with Impact: Manage the full project lifecycle according to Mosaic's project management methodology and best practices.
  • Drive Strategy: Partner with Tech & Data VPs to manage the Tech and Data portfolio, facilitating budget reviews, and managing roadmaps and timelines.
  • Ensure Success: Develop and actively manage all project artifacts and activities, including defining scope, obtaining approvals, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Serve in a consultative role to help identify the appropriate people, processes, and tools, and coach team members to optimize efficiency.
  • Facilitate Change: Work with key stakeholders and the project team to facilitate "people" change management, increasing employee adoption and usage of new technologies or processes.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:



  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing projects.
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile approaches is required , with PMP, CAPM, or CSM certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to lead diverse teams toward common goals.
