What You'll Do As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter II, you'll partner with hiring leaders and colleagues across Smith Seckman Reid (SSR) to attract and secure top talent in a competitive market. You will leverage innovative sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure every candidate experiences a smooth and professional process that reflects our mission of making a positive difference for clients, colleagues, and communities.
