Overview This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our Corporate Headquarters location in Lancaster, PA. The Administrator - Time and Attendance plays a critical role in supporting payroll operations by overseeing the weekly and bi-weekly processing of employee time records. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of timekeeping data, coordinates adjustment workflows, and audits leave of absence data. Additionally, the role provides administrative support for SAFE Act compliance and serves as a backup to the department administrative assistant. It is responsible for continuous improvement of assigned duties with a focus on optimizing the digital employee experience. Responsibilities
Manage weekly and bi-weekly timecard processing, including locking/unlocking timesheets, updating statuses, and submitting payroll files, collaborating when necessary with benefits, HR, and payroll partners to prepare files for payroll processing
Qualifications Education
High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required) Experience3 or more years customer service experience in a call center environment. (Required) 2 or more years payroll processing and timekeeping. (Required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The hourly rate for this position is $21.59 - $35.96.
