Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Wage: $28.00 - $36.00/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 3:25pm - 1:55am

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of CNC machines with Mitsubishi and Fanuc controls, including lathes, horizontals mills, and vertical mills

- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues, with a focus on control system interactions

- Repair and replace faulty components to minimize downtime

- Conduct regular inspections and identify potential problems proactively

- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

- Collaborate with production teams to ensure optimal machine performance

- Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements for Maintenance Technician:

- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, specifically with CNC machinery utilizing Mitsubishi and Fanuc controls

- In-depth understanding of Mitsubishi and Fanuc control systems including troubleshooting and basic programming knowledge

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints, including control system diagrams

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly related to control system integration

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance

- Proficiency with E&I and programmable logic controllers

- Skilled in calibration, schematics, and precision measuring instruments

- Experience with sensors and electrical systems, including high and low voltage

- Knowledge of hydraulics and field service practices

- Customer service skills and ability to work with distributed control systems
