Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm Part-Time position is eligible for direct primary care coverage. JOB SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant I, Fleet Maintenance will assist the Fleet Maintenance Department with receptionist and administrative functions. As the face of the Fleet Maintenance Department, this front-facing position is the customer's first impression of the department. This position greets customers either in person or via telephone and will assist them in a professional and efficient manner. This position will assist the department with clerical support, accounts payable duties, as well as scheduling customer appointments. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
