We are seeking an Implementation Analyst with strong business analyst skills to lead the delivery of payer-facing prior authorization software implementations. In this highly client-facing role, you will:
Manage payer projects from initiation through delivery. Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful, on-time deployments. Act as a trusted consultant to health plans, ensuring solutions align with best practices in utilization management and prior authorization workflows.

What You'll Do:
Support or lead payer implementations for Availity's prior authorization solutions, managing timelines, scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Conduct discovery sessions with payer stakeholders to document business and technical requirements. Translate payer workflows into solution designs and configuration recommendations. Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure solutions align with payer utilization management needs. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to track progress, mitigate risks, and drive project deliverables. Monitor and report on project status, aligning outcomes with strategic business goals. Ensure a seamless client experience during discovery, testing, and go-live phases. Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize delivery processes.
What You Bring:
3-5 years of experience in healthcare technology project management, technical delivery, or client-facing account management. This is required to be considered for the role. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience managing medium to large-scale technology delivery projects. Strong business analysis skills-requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical requirements. Knowledge of healthcare technology, preferably payer or prior authorization workflows. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
What Will Set You Apart:
Experience in payer technology delivery, particularly prior authorization or utilization management solutions. Understanding of healthcare data standards (EDI, X12, FHIR, APIs). Proven ability to deliver enterprise SaaS implementations in healthcare.
