Job Summary: The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Ambulatory Oncology, Provides advanced, evidenced-based pharmaceutical care and comprehensive medication management to ensure the safe and effective use of medications. Leads complex patient care activities, supports clinical guidelines and policy development, and contributes to quality-improvement initiatives that enhance safety and Minimum Education and Experience:
Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm; Ocassional On-call work required. Salary Range: Minimum 61.55/hour - Maximum 101.51/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
