Job Title:Executive Director, Commercial Finance Location: Northville, Michigan Tenneco is one of the world's leading designers, manufacturers and marketers of automotive products for original equipment and aftermarket customers. Through our DRiV, Performance Solutions, Clean Air and Powertrain business groups, Tenneco is driving advancements in global mobility by delivering technology solutions for light vehicle, commercial truck, offhighway, industrial, motorsport and the aftermarket. This position is responsible for leading the company's commercial planning and analytics around commercial performance, as well as stand up a Quarterly Market Index (QMI) for assessing the impact from geopolitical events, customer/OEM performance, and more to inform both organic and inorganic strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial analytics and financial analysis, along with a strategic mindset to help drive the company's long-term commercial excellence. The position may be based in Northville, Michigan and reports directly to the Vice President, Financial Planning and Strategy of the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements Education: A Bachelor's Degree in finance or other related field. Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting within a strategy environment and/or commercial or sales experience within automotive or industrial sectors; commercial automotive experience a plus Skills
