Set Up Support/Utility

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining warehouse cleanliness and ensuring proper organization. This role includes overseeing the automatic cleaning process and ensuring products are properly stored in the racks. Duties also include loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand, as well as using carts, pallets, skids, and pallet jacks, all in accordance with company safety guidelines and best practices. Additionally, the position involves setting up truss assemblies using hand and power tools, following specified layouts and production schedules.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Support production operations by ensuring timely and accurate material handling.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.
• Assist in inventory management and reporting discrepancies as needed.
• Perform truss assembly and related tasks as required, including reading layout diagrams, using hand/power tools, and assembling wood trusses according to specifications.
• Work closely with production and shipping teams to meet quality and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Must be able to read truss prints.
• Must have knowledge of custom store fixture industry and receiving.
• Ability to clearly identify product from package labels.
