As a Field Reimbursement Manager, Specialty, you will play a key role in helping healthcare providers navigate complex reimbursement processes. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure patients can access the treatments they need. Responsibilities
- Educate healthcare providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies to support patient access.
- Provide expertise on reimbursement challenges and solutions, including navigating prior authorizations and appeals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and market access, to align strategies and share insights.
- Analyze trends in the payer landscape and identify opportunities to improve access.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and support programs to address patient access barriers.
- Deliver training and resources to field teams to enhance their understanding of reimbursement processes.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, payer marketing, or specialty/biologics field sales.
- Ability to travel up to 60%, including overnight stays.
- Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or similar).
- Experience with reimbursement for specialty products in buy-and-bill settings.
- Knowledge of payer policies, coding regulations (HCPCS, CPT, ICD-10), and Medicare/Medicaid dynamics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

This role is field based, requiring travel within the assigned territory. Candidates should live within 50 miles of a major metropolitan airport for larger geographies.
