Description This is a hybrid Project Coordinator/Sr Field Technician. It revolves around IMACs (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) and technical hardware support. It is a "hands-on" technical role that requires good people skills along with workstation support knowledge. Below are the skills needed on the project coordinator side. This is a wish list so if they are close that works. Ideally they will be traveling to the different hospitals in North Texas as needed to walk throughs, GoLives, anything related to a deployment for a site. If they are not traveling they can WFH but will have to travel to Temple to the depot. This position is a contract until Oct 31st and then HCL will take over. Most likely would convert perm, CTH. It tops out at $66K. There is no mileage paid for the travel locally so the rate has to include that. We can pay up to $30/hr. FIT TEAM Individual must be self-starting, able to work alone and within a team, follow detailed processes, and open to flexible scheduling. Should be able to troubleshoot and isolate issues related to end user computing environments; printers, computer devices, and other attached devices. Preferred experience: Advanced Experience with Windows operating systems, imaging technologies, asset tracking and inventory systems. There is no mileage paid for the travel locally so the rate has to include that. We can pay up to $30/hr. FIT TEAM Responsible for driving the day-to-day activities to meet the overall program/project objectives, technology integration, and ensure quality and safety compliance as well as documentation as needed. You will coordinate with other departments, vendors, and client to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and in sync Create and maintain project timelines Help define project scope, goals, dependencies and deliverables Identify and direct resources required to execute successful projects Facilitate communication across stakeholder teams Understand technical issues and drive them to closure with key stakeholders Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals Meet budgetary objectives and adjust Identified project constraints Lead cross-functional communication between project teams and external vendors Interface and coordinate with outside vendors, and drive resolutions to issues as required The lead field tech side of this role is responsible for desk-side support in a Windows environment. Support includes installs, equipment pick-up, and equipment inventory. Perform miscellaneous software & hardware installs Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
