We're hiring a Marketing & Brand Specialist to join our in-house team to help shape and activate marketing campaigns, drive community engagement, and support execution across social, digital, local marketing, and in-store channels. This is an opportunity to make an impact inside a lean, collaborative team where your contributions are visible and your voice is valued. You'll help bring campaigns to life, manage agency partners, and support marketing initiatives that directly influence business performance - all while developing skills across strategy, content, and execution. What You'll Do: Campaign Planning & Execution -Support the planning, rollout, and performance tracking of promotional campaigns -Draft creative briefs that communicate tone, messaging, and objectives to designers and agency partners -Coordinate internal timelines and approvals to ensure on-time delivery of campaign assets -Assist in planning for loyalty program initiatives, media mix strategy, and cross-functional brand growth Creative Direction & Content Development: -Contribute to social and digital content development across platforms -Collaborate with designers and writers to align visuals and messaging to brand standards -Help concept seasonal promos, new product rollouts, contests, and LTOs -Assist agency in managing the brand's social media calendar and support content development -Research trends and assist with creating targeted digital strategies for promotions and community events Franchisee & Local Marketing Efforts -Partner with franchisees and local operators to activate campaigns in regional markets -Help manage local sponsorships, media placement, and grand opening support -Contribute to planning for events, new location launches, and grassroots outreach -Assist with community sponsorships, donation requests, and local engagement programs Analyze and Report -Track results of marketing campaigns and help identify opportunities for optimization -Support ongoing reporting, post-mortem recaps, and performance summaries for leadership Act as a Connector -Coordinate deliverables and feedback between internal teams and external agencies -Help ensure branding and messaging are consistent across all media touch points *Additional Skills & Qualifications* What You'll Bring: Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - or equivalent hands-on experience -1 to 3 years of experience in marketing or brand support (agency or in-house preferred) -A portfolio or examples of campaign content - especially if tied to social, retail, or food/bev -Experience working directly with designers, agencies, or business owners -Familiarity with project timelines, campaign rollout, and content development -Industry experience supporting marketing in foodservice, hospitality, or retail is a plus Skills & Tools: -Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities -Solid writing and communication skills for briefs, recaps, and internal updates -Experience with social media platforms, content calendars, and digital strategy -Exposure to platforms like HubSpot, Trello, or Canva -Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Mindset & Traits: -Eager to learn and grow within an in-house brand team -Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable navigating cross-functional teams -Creative thinker with an eye for brand consistency and campaign goals -Passionate about storytelling, brand-building, and driving engagement *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
