Now Hiring: Data Center Technician (L4) Travel Requirement: Up to 75% regional travel About the Role Are you a seasoned data center professional ready to take on high-impact work with cutting-edge infrastructure? We're looking for L4 Data Center Technicians to join a dynamic team focused on deploying and maintaining advanced GPU systems in enterprise-scale environments. This is a travel-intensive role for those who thrive in fast-paced, hands-on settings and want to be part of a team driving innovation in cloud and AI infrastructure. What You'll Do * Troubleshoot and support large-scale GPU deployments * Perform physical audits and decommissioning of data center assets * Run, label, and stage power and networking cables * Prepare, install, and perform diagnostics on hardware following established procedures * Collaborate with DC Technician Leads to ensure smooth operations * Operate software tools to monitor systems and respond to performance issues * Assist in testing and debugging new programs and infrastructure updates * Document procedures and system configurations What We're Looking For * 7+ years of hands-on data center experience (Break/Fix, Deployment, Troubleshooting) * Experience with GPU deployments is a major plus * Strong IT experience in networking and systems * Comfortable with 75% regional travel * High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred * Solid understanding of computer hardware and Microsoft Office tools * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Why Join Us? * Work on mission-critical infrastructure powering AI and cloud services * Be part of a tight-knit traveling team of 9 L4 Technicians and 1 Lead * Gain exposure to advanced GPU technologies and enterprise-scale deployments * Enjoy a role that's hands-on, mobile, and high-impact Top Skills * Data Center Operations * Cabling & Hardware Installation * GPU Infrastructure * Network & Systems Troubleshooting Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
