Lincoln Hospital (LH) is a full-service healthcare system that includes a hospital with two campuses: Lincoln Hospital - Miles Campus in Damariscotta and Lincoln Hospital - St. Andrews Campus in Boothbay Harbor, as well as two long-term care facilities, retirement communities in both Boothbay Harbor and Damariscotta, a 40-member multi-specialty physician practice. The Miles campus includes a 25-bed community hospital.

Lincoln Hospital is seeking a Lead Environmental Services Team Member to join their team.

Key Responsibilities include:

Supervise the EVS team, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

This is a working position, rounding in the hospital to ensure tasks are being completed.

The Lead will be cross trained in each department to provide coverage as needed.

Train and develop EVS Team Members.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Summary: This position consists of 40 hours per week, evening shifts.

The Lead Environmental Services - LH role provides leadership and direction for Environmental Service (EVS) team members. In addition to the work of an EVS Team Member this role has responsibility for adjusting staffing and cleaning schedules, maintaining supplies, mentoring and training other team members and acting as a liaison between the EVS team and other departments. This role will also operate the laundry services.
