YOUR IMPACT The marketing teams for Wealth develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy that delivers the full value of the GS network and expertise to clients, generate new business by expanding our reach and frequency of interactions with clients and prospective clients, and build brand equity of Goldman Sachs to this audience. We're a client-focused team, partnering with the business to deliver campaigns that drive deepening of relationship. As the Email Marketing, Automation and Operations Lead, you will be responsible for enabling the marketing team throughout the campaign execution process across marketing channels (primarily email), as we build and scale truly personal and intelligent campaigns. You'll represent the marketing team as a subject matter expert as we partner with cross-functional teams in product and engineering to evolve our CRM/email stack to meet our growth goals. That means articulating our short-term and long-term requirements with an eye on innovation, a detailed view of data across the email marketing platforms and finding ways to drive process automation to go to market faster, but maintain accuracy. Ideal candidates will have a passion for CRM/email and innovation, with experience leading marketing operations and building infrastructure/processes that unlock the ability for marketers to create personalized communications programs for clients and prospects.
