A Bachelors Degree is required! * This company is looking for a Project Lead with 1-5 years of experience, including internship level experience. Essential Functions 1. Coordinate work for projects involving multiple team members 2. Create and execute project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements 3. Help identify resources needed and work with leaders to assign individual tasks 4. Prepare and review project related documents prepared by the team before passing along to stakeholders 5. Effectively apply project management methodologies and best practices 6. Perform risk analysis and recommend actions to mitigate risk 7. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately 8. Ensure that projects meet stakeholder objectives Skills and Abilities * Exhibit good levels of organization, communication, and leadership * Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms and possess good problem resolution skills * Ability to write routine reports and correspondence * Ability to facilitate team meetings and handle project conflicts within and outside of the team * Ability to understand complex concepts related to the project * Ability to inspire other team mem Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
