Our client is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to help shape and execute impactful marketing campaigns using our new customer database and marketing automation platform.

What You'll Do As a Digital Content Specialist, you'll play a key role in the planning, execution, and analysis of CRM campaigns. You'll ensure timely, accurate, and engaging communications across multiple audiences. *Your day-to-day will include:* * Acting as the main point of contact between internal teams, agencies, and the CRM production team. * Managing campaign timelines, deliverables, risks, and resources. * Preparing and submitting use cases and supporting documentation. * Coordinating creative downloads and updating content briefs. * Overseeing creative routing, proofing, and finalizing HTML for translation. * Conducting thorough QA of multilingual emails across markets. * Educating stakeholders on CRM platform capabilities. * Tracking campaign progress and adjusting estimates as needed. * Providing final creative assets to stakeholders. * Offering on-call support for end-of-month and urgent communications. * Serving as backup for the email coordinator. What You Bring * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * At least 2 years of experience in communications or digital marketing. * Basic understanding of CRM systems and campaign execution. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
