Genetics Transformation:
- Perform Agrobacterium-mediated and/or biolistic transformation of plants.
- Screen, select, and validate transgenic lines using molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, qPCR, etc).

Plant Tissue Culture and Regeneration:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain tissue culture protocols for regeneration and propagation of selected plant species.
- Establish callus induction, organogenesis, and somatic embryogenesis systems as needed for transformation pipelines.

Genomics and Bioinformatics:
- Participate in transcriptomic and genomic studies, including RNA-seq and genome resequencing.
- Analyze data for gene expression profiling, differential gene expression, and pathway analysis.
- Integrate genomic data with phenotypic observations to draw biological insights.

- Maintain detailed experimental records and data management.
