We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Transformation Business Process Design Analyst to support our Digital Transformation team. This role will be pivotal in driving the adoption of digital technologies and processes to enhance our legal systems operations, improve customer experience, and achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Process & System Design:

  • Analyze, redesign, and digitize legal workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Legal teams to translate business requirements into functional system designs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all digital solutions.

Stakeholder & Interface Management:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Legal and cross-functional teams (IT, Compliance, Procurement, etc.) to align on system needs and process improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops and training to drive adoption of new tools and workflows.

Project Management:

  • Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects for Legal, from scoping to implementation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Define project milestones, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years in digital transformation for legal operations, legal tech, corporate legal department or law firms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills (Agile/Waterfall) with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on user-centric design.
  • Proven ability to identify business process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Legal digital transformation practices, key technologies, and solutions.
  • PMP or legal tech certifications are a plus.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $105-135k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This position is hybrid 3days/wk onsite at our Morrisville, NC location.
