POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Control Manager supporting Tinker Air Force Base located in Oklahoma City, OK. TheQuality Control Manager implements quality control and safety plans to ensure compliance with contract specifications and applicable regulations, inspects all phases of a variety of goods, services or operation for conformity to established quality, health and safety, and other operational standards by performing on-going work for compliance with contractual provisions; ensures all services listed on the performance requirement summary are performed in a satisfactory manner, specifies areas to be inspected (scheduled and unscheduled) and how often inspections will be accomplished, communicates deficiencies to proper persons, maintains quality control files, and document results of all inspections. Implements policies and procedures in order to comply with regulatory compliance and corporate policies.



  • Develop quality control inspection schedule based on PM and Service Order requirements
  • Coordinate with assigned personnel to ensure inspections are conducted accurately and timely
  • Work with lead and management staff to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks
  • Responsible for performing day-to-day compliance inspections of the contract requirements
  • Verify compliance with the QCP and contract PWS
  • Ensure the organization adheres to and is in compliance with applicable procedures, codes and regulations as outlined in the contract Performance Work Statement (PWS) and through implementation of the QCP elements.
  • Inspect and validates actual contract performance against the contract PWS and contract performance metrics using various types of inspection techniques
  • Complete necessary inspection reports and documentation required to support findings
  • Retain all inspection data and records
  • Report inspection results to management staff
  • Plan and complete periodic management system audits to ensure work activities are performed in accordance with established processes and procedures
  • Participate in the identification and evaluation of non-compliant services and assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of corrective and preventive actions through appropriate root-cause analysis principles and techniques
  • Track and report positive and negative trends for development of efficient processes
  • Meet with the client as scheduled to review QC findings
  • Assist with ISO certification requirements
  • Schedule and run meetings necessary to the quality control field

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years performing QC efforts in an RPMA contract environment
  • Must have proven working knowledge of commercial electrical components, HVAC system, plumbing, building interior/exterior finishes, and fire alarm systems
  • Must possess all skills necessary to ensure that employees provide service in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills


Preferred Qualifications and Experience:



  • Associate's Degree or Higher; however, experience can be substituted for education
