Safety and Training Coordinator

Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site for our client in Ardmore, OK. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

1. Assure that KACC complies with safety standards and government regulations regarding:
   1. Testing and inspecting protective equipment.
   2. Training and educating employees about workplace safety.
   3. Designing and implementing safety processes and procedures.
   4. Maintaining documentation and records.
2. Assures he/she maintains appropriate safety/training certifications.
3. Develops, implements and updates written safety and health programs that may include, as needed:
   1. Hazard Communication Program
   2. Exposure Control Program for BBPs and TB
   3. Hazard Assessment and PPE Program
   4. Respiratory Protection Program
   5. Lockout/Tagout
   6. Confined Space Entry Program
   7. Emergency Action Plan.
4. Maintains OSHA reporting for Form 300, Form 300A and Form 301.
5. Assures compliance with O.S. 40, 403.
6. Performs safety audits and provides corrective action as necessary.
7. Communicates safety needs, concerns, and/or violations to upper management as necessary.
8. Performs accident investigations and issues findings through the KACC corrective action process.
9. Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned of a safety nature

Pay: $95,000 - $130,000 / year

Hours: 40 hrs / Week
