Job Description
As a Process Technician, you are a vital part of the team in actively supporting process development, product development, and research and development (R&D). You'll set up processing equipment, conduct technical tests and experiments, process test runs, and work closely with process engineers. Your technical expertise supports process development, contributing to the company's commitment to innovation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned
  • Supports Process Engineers in preparation for wafer fabrication equipment (WFE) tests, equipment setup, experiments, data collection, and sample submissions.
  • Operates processing equipment and advanced tools with recipes defined by engineering teams to collect experiment results, submit the samples for metrology analysis, and handle the samples per company policy.
  • Provides technical assistance to process development teams and process engineers.
  • Assist in technical troubleshooting and improvement opportunities of the application lab tools and experiment setups.
Here's what you will receive:
Pay: $38.32/hr
Duration: 2 years with the possibility to convert to full-time based on business needs and performance
Schedule: Day shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 1-4 years of related experience.
  • Associates degree in technical field, Technical Certificate, Diploma or higher in semiconductors, nanotechnology, chemistry, or related field.
  • The ability to work in a clean room environment, wearing personal protective safety equipment (PPE), cleanroom suit, or smock.
  • Team player, that can also work independently
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Technical skills to operate advanced lab and fab equipment
  • Cleanroom and/or semiconductor experience is a plus, but not a must
