Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Addison, Texas. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:
  • Coordinate phone calls, emails, memos, and act as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist with newsletters, press releases, and executive headshots; lead special projects and events including writing, editing, and execution.
  • Draft, edit, and manage internal and external correspondence and documentation.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, board meetings, conference calls, and travel itineraries; create agendas, distribute materials, order catering, and take meeting notes with follow-up action tracking.
  • Manage Executive's calendars, appointments (personal and professional), errands, reimbursement reports, and act as primary point of contact for internal/external communication; assist in volunteer and government affairs activities as needed.
  • Oversee facilities, including scheduling maintenance, office inspections, inventory, office supplies, vendor coordination, and vehicle fleet management for the home office.
  • Answer phones, greet guests, sign for packages, and provide a welcoming environment for visitors at the home office.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, delivering, preparing letters, and coordinating with postal services.
  • Organize corporate holidays, including holiday gifts, employee recognition events, and customer appreciation efforts in partnership with marketing.
  • Assist the Chairman/Founder, President, COO, and Senior Executive Assistant with ad hoc tasks, special assignments, and operational support across departments.
Here's what you'll get:
  • Pay: $85,000 - $110,000
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Requirements
Here's what requirements you'll need:
  • Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school
  • 5 years Administrative Assistant experience
  • 2 years of experience with Word, Excel, Publisher, Photoshop, Access, and creating PowerPoint presentations
Here's what sets you apart from other candidates that our clients prefer:
  • Ability to read and interpret documents to write routine reports and correspondence and ability to use verbal communication and auditory senses.
  • Attention to detail is critical- excellent communication skills with customers and employees
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic math and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Ability to spend long hours sitting or standing and using office equipment and computers and occasionally lift/ move up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to use verbal communication and auditory senses and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
