Position Overview

Lenovo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team, focused on fueling pipeline growth for our Data Center and Infrastructure Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, aligning with sales, product marketing, and digital teams to drive lead acquisition, nurture, and conversion across enterprise and commercial segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    Plan, launch, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns to promote Lenovo's server, storage, edge, and cloud infrastructure offerings.
  • Lead Management & Nurturing:
    Partner with sales and marketing operations to ensure leads are qualified, nurtured through appropriate workflows, and routed efficiently.
  • ABM & Personalization:
    Leverage Account-Based Marketing tactics for high-value target accounts in collaboration with sales and segment teams.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Track KPIs and report on campaign effectiveness (e.g., MQLs, pipeline velocity, conversion rates), and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Coordinate closely with content marketing, product marketing, digital/web teams, and external agencies to develop compelling assets and experiences.
  • Budget & Vendor Management:
    Support campaign budgeting, vendor evaluation, and execution of third-party media and syndication programs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation or campaign management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology or data center solutions.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience with ABM tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense).
  • Background in infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise IT marketing.
  • Experience in global or matrixed organizations
