Job Summary The Coordinator, Accounts Payable ensures timely and accurate processing of Manager's Fund Reimbursements (MFRs) and supports various accounts payable functions. This role provides front-line assistance for MFR-related inquiries and training while assisting in supplier set-up and payment processes. The position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, resolving payment issues, and supporting the accounts payable team during high-volume periods. This position is based in Leawood, KS and is not eligible for relocation. What you will be doing:
- Reviewing and approving all theatre Manager's Fund Reimbursement (MFR) requests.
- Assisting the Accountant, Supplier Management with daily responsibilities, such as supplier set-up/banking verification and payment processing.
- Supporting the AP team in the Accounts Payable and APInvoicing mailboxes, manage the OneVue invoice workflow and invoice processing at peak times (quarter-end) or when the volume is high.
- Miscellaneous AP functions: Invoice and data clean up, including reconciling high profile vendor statements/aging, stale dated invoices/credits, zero dollar clearing/vendor deposit clearing and daily credit memo term updates.
- Special projects and assisting Management, as necessary.
What we need from you:
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or commensurate work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain focus and accuracy while managing tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external partners.
- Consistently meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality of work.
- Ability to make informed decisions using sound professional judgment.
What we also value (preferred):
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Knowledge or experience working with the full cycle of the Accounts Payable process
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS and OneVue for invoice processing
- Knowledge of AMC Fiscal Approval Policy, AMC Capital Expenditure Policy, and AMC Tax rules
Minimum qualifications:
