Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive key business projects using effective project management skills to accelerate deployment of transformation initiatives, ensuring no disruption to the business
  • Acts as liaison between geo business groups, WW BTIT, and WW Ops to drive requirements and ensure tools enhancements are deployed effectively in North America
  • Provides geo-specific insight and process expertise to the WW Transformation team based on in-depth expertise and experience
  • Collect feedback and act as a voice for NA to ensure requirements are met, support needed for readiness is ensured and support needed post-deployment is provided.
  • Engage and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and involvement within the North America and WW organizations on project deliverables
  • Oversee the management of the 'Go Live' process including User Acceptance testing (UAT), communication, and training coordination
  • Conduct after action reviews and/or Fu-Pans with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Clearly communicate the progress and outcomes of initiatives to executive leadership utilizing quantitative and qualitative insights
  • Implement change management activities in support of project deployment deliverables

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of industry experience in sales, operations, program/project management
  • Knowledge of change management theory and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple workstreams across multiple team
  • Ability to positively impact and lead through influence, exhibiting a presence and ability to communicate successfully with all levels of leadership
  • Presentation skills critical including abilities to: interact with the audience; present messages with clarity; engage the audience in the presentation; and interpret and understand the mindsets of the listeners at all levels within organization and adjust accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing complex projects which are often cross-functional while demonstrating exceptional business judgment and building relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Fast learner who can quickly absorb the nuances of complex, interdependent sales situations/processes
  • Comfort with complexity, ability to "think outside the box" and move concepts to implementation
  • PMP certification
