• Handling GL coding errors or exceptions.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Extensive AP (Accounts Payable).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in High-volume invoice processing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PO matching and non-PO invoice handling.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting software (PeopleSoft).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reconciliations).

• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Time management and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication for vendor and internal team interactions.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems or procedures.
