Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Architect with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract to hire position. Responsibilities: Support payment projects in Mexico Manage and own requirements refinement, product analysis, Deliverable decomposition and E2E design/solutioning of various Payments projects Main focus will be Deliverable Decomposition & E2E Design review Work closely with senior business managers, architecture, stakeholders and Global functional heads to ensure we establish, implement, and adopt constantly evolving product development standards and processes Significant inputs into definition of payments product roadmap within Enterprise Payments and subsequently manage product backlog Manage the expectations and demands of a multifaceted business, and multiple stakeholders, whilst delivering improved product, BA, and design services across various Enterprise Payment functions Accountable for product backlog management e.g. prioritizing tech debt, regulatory, business enablement, and supporting audits Close collaboration with functional leads and with business leads across the payments lifecycle from inception to clearing Document HLD (high level design) and functional requirements using Agile SAF requirement hierarchies (deliverable, epic, story) Ensure that execution & delivery is aligned with product strategy Create an inclusive and healthy working environment, and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockers Liaise with senior stakeholders Requirements: 5+ years' overall experience required, experience in organization/program/ product management Experiences in end to end payment flows such as Real Time Payments, ACH, Wires Knowledge of Swift, ISO, clearing entities Experience leading large scale program and project efforts Tech Management working in a Technical Environment Strong problem-solving and communication skills and enjoys a collaborative environment Flexible, self-starter, fast-learner - willing and able to quickly learn new products, technologies and skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Financial services experience with exposure to regulatory requirements within the Payments space bility to plan and direct routines and reporting to drive accountability, transparency and collaboration Ability to drive and promote strategy Ability to analyze & decompose business requirements and propose various solutions Able to work in team environment and co-ordinate with developers on the day to day deliverables using lean agile principles Desired skills: Bilingual candidate Experience managing real time processing implementations Experience in delivering solutions using API, Kafka, Mainframe, and Database Experience with enhancing and maintaining critical software in a fast-pasted environment Knowledge of Operations processes supporting Enterprise Payment execution Pay range: $53.52 - $61.52 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
