Summary:
Looking for an experienced HCM Developer with expertise in PeopleSoft and Workday, focusing on Payroll and Time & Labor.
Responsible for system development, configuration, integration, reporting, and support.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain PeopleSoft HCM (PeopleCode, SQR, AE) for Payroll/T&L
Build Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs)
Configure Workday Payroll, Absence, and security
Troubleshoot payroll and time tracking issues
Create reports using PS Query and Workday Report Writer
Ensure compliance with payroll laws and tax regulations
Support PeopleSoft to Workday transition

Requirements:
Bachelor's in IT or related field
5+ years PeopleSoft HCM; 3+ years Workday Payroll/Absence
Strong in SQL, Web Services, and integration tools
Workday or PeopleSoft certification preferred
