Job Title: Outbound Sales Consultant II

Summary

Essential Job Duties

• Managing incoming customer inquiries through an inbound call queue.
• Distributing leads to appropriate teams or representatives
• Making outbound calls, particularly to retention customers, to ensure continued engagement
• Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed.
• Maintaining a positive and professional tone in all client interactions
• Following up with customers to ensure resolution of their concerns and overall satisfaction.
• Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Associate / bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales support.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Experience with lead management, inbound call handling, and outbound calling.
