• Develop and maintain software applications in a structured, process-oriented environment

• Support infrastructure development and configuration

• Analyze requirements and participate in design, development, testing, and deployment of new or enhanced software and tools

• Apply advanced principles of computer science, engineering, and math to solve complex system architecture challenges

• Proven ability to lead software development processes

• Skilled in applying technical standards and best practices to creatively solve problems

• Strong collaboration mindset, with a focus on mentoring and team success

• Up to date on technology trends and proactive in proposing improvements

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Science or Engineering or Mathematics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Kafka.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Linux.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in React.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Docker/Kubernetes.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Services (AWS).

Preferred Skills:

• Agile experience.
• DevSecOps

• Software application development in a process-oriented organization
