POSITION OVERVIEW:
Driving the vision, development, and execution of the FedEx Freight's marketing, digital, and product strategies to achieve growth, innovation, and customer experience goals.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead the overarching marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer acquisition.
2. Ensure marketing strategies are data driven, measurable, and aligned with business KPIs.
3. Drive the organization's digital presence, including customer-facing platforms, mobile applications, and ecommerce solutions.
4. Direct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
5. Guide long-term strategic planning efforts, including portfolio expansion, customer segmentation, and revenue diversification strategies.
6. Facilitate collaboration between business units to ensure unified messaging, positioning, and execution.
7. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
8. Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or equivalent work experience
* Ten (10) years' experience in marketing and information analysis required, which includes five (5) years of directly related experience in marketing and sales in a corporate environment including demonstrably successful management experience. Experience in promotion, research and pricing, financial analysis, and telemarketing. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
* Demonstrated success in leading and executing complex projects, building out business cases, and working with external suppliers is required.
* Strong management, excellent human relations and communication skills.
* Ability to build collaborative work environments, agile teams, and consensus among various stakeholders is essential.
