Primary Work Location Monument Health Rapid City HospitalDepartment RCH Radiology SupportScheduled Weekly Hours 40Job Summary The Medical Imaging Services Manager and Medical Imaging Services Advanced Imaging Manager is responsible for supporting and leading the MIS Leadership Team at Rapid City Hospital, and developing the MIS team with innovative MIS service line planning in alignment with the Senior Director of Medical Imaging Services. Responsible and accountable to ensure the Department Goals and Objectives are aligned with Monument Health's Strategic plans, as well as meet the requirements of the Joint Commission, and other applicable federal, state and local regulatory accrediting agencies. Additional Requirements Required: Graduate -Radiology Program Experience - 3+ years of Team Lead/Supervisor Experience, 5+ years of Medical Imaging Experience Regarding BLS certification: The department you are applying to may require BLS certification sooner than 60 days post transfer/hire. The hiring manager will discuss this with you if it is applicable. **Policy Number: MIS-7040-115 - Caregivers must be BLS certified upon employment or within their 90-day probation period. Physical Requirements: Very Heavy work - exerting over 25 pounds of force constantly (67-100% of the time), and/or more than 50 pounds frequently (34-66% of the time), and/or more than 100 pounds of force occasionally (up to 33% of the time), and/or more than 100 pounds of force seldomly to move objects. Possible exposure to radiation and frequent exposure to contaminated needles and infectious body substances.
