Project Data Analyst Lead

• Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including test data, logistics databases, and performance metrics.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to aircraft readiness, acquisition progress, and budget execution.

• Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement within the PEO Aviation portfolio, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

• Provide data analysis support for acquisition programs, including cost analysis, schedule tracking, and performance monitoring.

• Ability to manager and lead multiple ongoing projects
• Proficient in requirements management.
• Proficient in tools such as PowerBI and MS excel.
• Strong understanding of the Army maintenance and materiel management systems.
