Job Summary

Job Summary:

From Apre-ski to fine dining, lead the team who provide outstanding experiences at 10,000 ft. As Director of Food & Beverage Operations at Mammoth Mountain, you will lead all operational aspects of this iconic venue. From visitor experience to facility efficiency, you'll ensure every aspect of the guest experience runs flawlessly and represents the highest standard of hospitality excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Hospitality Management
  • 10+ years of senior-level experience in large-scale venue or event operations
  • Strong knowledge of operational budgeting and P&L management
  • Proven leadership in multi-department management
  • Familiarity with union environments and compliance regulations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational departments including facilities, guest services, and logistics
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with Levy and client goals
  • Lead senior managers and foster a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Monitor venue performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with other vendors to ensure a holistic guest experience
  • Maintain regulatory compliance with safety, labor, and health codes
