TheSenior Manager, IT Production Support & Developmentoversees all aspects of IT production support, application development, and strategic technology planning. This role ensures alignment with organizational objectives, drives operational excellence, and leads the delivery of reliable, scalable, and secure IT services. The Senior Manager, IT Production Support & Development is responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs), managing IT budgets, and leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance service delivery and system performance.

In addition to managing day-to-day operations, this role plays a key part in shaping the organization's IT strategy, fostering innovation through emerging technologies, and implementing modern development and support practices. The Senior Manager, IT Production Support & Development partners with business and technology leaders to ensure IT capabilities evolve in step with enterprise goals, while cultivating a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

Support the development and execution of the organization's IT strategy, aligned with business goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. High School Degree or equivalent required.
  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-scale IT operations, including production support, incident management, and system performance optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teamsand managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Experience with cloud platforms(e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using metrics and KPIs to measure IT performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as ITIL Expert, PMP, or CISM.
  • Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives and cloud-first strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing IT teams.
