YOUR IMPACT

Location: Remote - West Coast, United States

OpenText is looking for a driven and strategic OEM Account Executive to join our global OEM Sales team. In this role, you will collaborate with leading enterprise software and hardware companies to accelerate their go-to-market initiatives and enhance operational performance using OpenText's industry-leading information management solutions. As part of a high-energy, entrepreneurial team, you'll engage in consultative selling to build lasting partnerships with some of the most recognizable names in technology.

This is a unique opportunity to make a measurable impact by helping customers embed OpenText technology into their platforms, drive innovation, and deliver differentiated value to their markets.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Generate and grow your own pipeline through proactive research, strategic outreach, and relationship-building.

  • Lead end-to-end, complex sales cycles-from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close.

  • Design and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to growth opportunities across the U.S. West Coast.

  • Deliver compelling, tailored presentations that clearly convey the business value of OpenText's embedded solutions.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives, Product Managers, CTOs, and Solution Architects.

  • Clearly articulate the value and differentiation of OpenText's integrated solutions within the context of each partner's unique go-to-market strategy.

  • Maximize visibility and engagement through regional events, webinars, and user groups to expand your network and business impact.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, consistently exceeding targets in a high-performance environment.

  • Proven success in selling complex, cloud-based, on-premises, or hybrid solutions to senior-level decision makers.

  • Expertise in go-to-market strategies, product integration, and OEM/embedded software sales.

  • Experience working with enterprise software, hardware, or industry-specific solutions (e.g., GSIs, IoT, MarTech, hyperscalers).

  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand technical environments and align solutions to customer needs.

  • High level of intellectual curiosity and a commitment to staying ahead in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Estimated base salary: $120,000 USD
