In this dynamic role, you'll be the key connection between our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless post-order execution for clients across Utilities, OEMs, and Commercial & Industrial sectors.

From order acceptance to shipment, warranty, and after-market services, you'll be the voice of the customer-driving satisfaction, solving challenges, and contributing to a world-class experience. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Process new orders and champion the "clean order" initiative

  • Collaborate with engineering to deliver timely, high-quality drawing packages

  • Manage change orders and build strong cross-functional relationships

  • Reduce shipping holds and support revenue goals through proactive order management

  • Handle returns, concessions, milestone billing, and overdue invoices

  • Apply lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement

  • Communicate shipping schedules and resolve potential delays

  • Participate in daily team meetings and escalate issues as needed

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship

  • Onsite availability in Bland, VA

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus

  • Understanding of general accounting principles

  • Strong organizational and basic project management skills
