We are seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to join our Marketing Team on a temporary 6-month contract. In this role, you'll help cover responsibilities during employee leaves by driving content creation, managing digital channels, and supporting internal presentation needs.

What You'll Do

• Create compelling digital content-including text, images, and video-to drive engagement and increase awareness of the GFS brand, products, and services
• Design and publish social media posts with SEO optimization in mind
• Build, update, and maintain web pages on the GFS website and distributor portal, ensuring speed and accuracy
• Conduct online audits of GFS websites and collaborate with the Research Analyst to implement improvements for better user experience and accessibility
• Support digital budget tracking alongside the Marketing Manager
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in general or digital marketing
• Strong grasp of marketing workflows, tools, and best practices
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and collaborate across teams
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with AP Style preferred
• Proficiency with WordPress, including plug-ins and functionality
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office, and related tools
• Deep understanding of paid and organic social media strategy and execution
