This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.

All About the Role:

Electrolux is looking for a strategic and driven National Account Manager to lead sales growth within the Maintenance, Repair & Operation (MRO) segment for Major Appliances in the Contract Sales division. This person will manage national distribution accounts, deepen existing partnerships, and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding Electrolux's presence in this key channel, driving revenue, and collaborating across departments to execute strategic initiatives that elevate the brand and deliver strong results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow long-term relationships with national MRO accounts

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and expand Electrolux's footprint

  • Identify new business opportunities in the MRO segments and lead product launch efforts

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business strategy

  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on sales initiatives and campaigns

  • Provide training, product knowledge, and support to customers at events, tradeshows, and demos

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5 + years of experience in sales, sales operations, and merchandising

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing multiple accounts

  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Willingness to travel nationally up to 50%
