Shift: Shift 1/9:00:00 AM to 5:00:00 PM

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$33.37 - $45.05 / hour

Lee Health is seeking a Professional Practice Evaluation Program Manager to play a key role in our system-wide approach to medical quality review and professional practice evaluation. If youre a critical thinker and collaborative leader with a passion for quality improvement, this is a rewarding opportunity to lead and support continuous advancement in physician performance and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and facilitate the medical staff peer review process and Medical Staff Quality Committees
  • Guide and mentor other members of the Professional Practice team
  • Collaborate across departments to improve clinical processes and patient outcomes
  • Integrate performance feedback and quality metrics into provider workflows
  • Serve as a clinical resource and leader within the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement department
  • Develop and deliver physician performance reports and improvement strategies
  • Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing required; Masters Degree preferred (if not in Nursing, BSN is required)

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, patient safety, or healthcare leadership; prior leadership experience preferred

Licensure: Active RN or APRN license in the State of Florida

Certifications: CPHQ or CPPS preferred

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and public speaking skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
