Lee Health is seeking a Professional Practice Evaluation Program Manager to play a key role in our system-wide approach to medical quality review and professional practice evaluation. If youre a critical thinker and collaborative leader with a passion for quality improvement, this is a rewarding opportunity to lead and support continuous advancement in physician performance and patient safety. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and facilitate the medical staff peer review process and Medical Staff Quality Committees Guide and mentor other members of the Professional Practice team Collaborate across departments to improve clinical processes and patient outcomes Integrate performance feedback and quality metrics into provider workflows Serve as a clinical resource and leader within the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement department Develop and deliver physician performance reports and improvement strategies Qualifications: Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing required; Masters Degree preferred (if not in Nursing, BSN is required) Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, patient safety, or healthcare leadership; prior leadership experience preferred Licensure: Active RN or APRN license in the State of Florida Certifications: CPHQ or CPPS preferred Skills: Exceptional communication and public speaking skills Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Employee Benefits Include: Student loan repayment program Health, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) retirement plan with employer contribution PTO plan (paid time off for vacation, sick, and holidays) Tuition reimbursement and professional development support Free on-site parking Wellness programs and employee discounts On-site employee health clinics Ready to make a difference at the system level?
