As a Social Video Producer, you will be responsible for creating high-impact, short-form video content optimized for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Instagram. You'll work closely with the Art Director to ensure visual cohesion and storytelling impact, and with the Audience Insights team to ensure content is grounded in what resonates most with learners. You'll take ideas from concept through post-production-turning scripts and briefs into engaging, culturally relevant videos that drive connection and action. ResponsibilitiesProduce and edit short-form social videos tailored to TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Instagram Reels.Collaborate with the Art Director to bring a consistent visual identity and motion design approach to content.Translate insights from the Audience Insights team into creative concepts that resonate with priority learner segments.Work cross-functionally with social strategy, copy, and community teams to storyboard, script, and refine video narratives.Lead post-production workflows including editing, motion graphics, audio, and platform-specific optimizations.Stay ahead of video trends, platform shifts, and emerging creative formats to bring innovative ideas to the table.Maintain quality and consistency across videos, ensuring accessibility, clarity, and brand alignment.Other: Embody our Culture and Values
